Is there a minimum number of leads I have to order?

Yes, you must order a minimum number of 25 final expense or medicare supplement appointments at a time.

Can I request what days and times I can run preset appointments?

Yes, this will be done on your order form.

How far apart are the preset appointments scheduled?

We schedule appointments every hour on the hour unless told otherwise by you.

Are there any refunds?

No, there are no refunds on our leads.  We understand that our success is in direct relationship to yours.  We do our best to generate you a great lead.  After the lead is generated, the rest is entirely up to you.

Can I request specific zip codes for my final expense or med supp appointments?

You can though we have found it more beneficial if you request an entire county.  This will help us ensure that your lead order is filled timely.

If I place an order today how soon can I expect medicare appointments?

All orders received by 12 o’clock eastern on Tuesday will begin the following week.

How do I receive my leads?

All leads will be emailed to you.

Can I change an order once it has been placed?

No, once an order has been placed it will be filled as ordered.
